What is missing here, and what that means.
A register with nothing in it is worth explaining rather than leaving to be inferred.
These documents are a licensing prerequisite rather than a formality: the terms, the risk disclosure, the order-execution policy and the complaints procedure are all conditions of being allowed to take retail clients at all. Until they exist, this site does not accept clients and does not ask anyone to agree to anything.
Nowhere on this site is a document cited as though it were available. Where copy would normally say "see the risk disclosure", it says instead that the risk disclosure is not yet published — because a citation to a document nobody can read is worse than no citation.
The standardised risk warning is published today and appears on every page of this site, in the fixed band at the foot of the screen. If you need one of the documents above before it is listed as published, the support page is the route to ask.
Before anything else
Read the terms before you open an account, not after.
That is ordinary advice everywhere, and on this site it is currently a hard constraint: the terms are not there to read yet. When they are, they will appear in the register above, dated and linked, and this sentence will stop being necessary.
