A Standard Built Around Better Decisions

Jim Ben & Conners is a multi-asset CFD broker. This page sets out how the firm works, what this site publishes about it, and what it deliberately does not.

Jim Ben & Conners was created around a straightforward idea: traders deserve a professional environment where technology, transparency and service work together rather than compete for attention.

We combine modern market access with tools designed to help clients understand what they are seeing, manage their positions and approach each decision with greater clarity.

What we stand for

The four principles this firm is run on.

Not a mission statement. Four working rules, each of which costs something to keep — which is the only reason writing them down means anything.

  • Integrity

Clear information and responsible communication form the foundation of every lasting relationship.

  • Precision

From platform design to client service, details matter.

  • Progress

Markets evolve, and so should the technology used to access them.

  • Partnership

We believe the relationship with a client extends beyond the moment an account is opened.

Principle into practice

The oldest ideas in finance, running on current technology.

Trust, discipline and consistency predate every platform ever built. They are also the three things a leveraged product punishes you fastest for lacking.

The strongest financial relationships have always been built on the same three things, and none of them is a feature you can ship. What technology can do is make them easier to hold to: show the position clearly, show the cost of holding it, and show what happens if the market moves the other way.

That is the whole design brief for this platform. Not to make trading feel effortless — it is not — but to make what you are actually doing legible while you do it.

What is not on this site

There are no testimonials here, and that is deliberate.

No client counts, no assets under management, no awards, no years in business, no win rates and no execution figures either.

A retail CFD promotion is easy to dress up. Numbers that sound like evidence — accounts opened, awards collected, average execution measured in milliseconds — are rarely published alongside the method that would let you check them, and none of them tells you anything about what a leveraged position will do to your capital.

So they are not here. What appears on this site is limited to what can be stated and checked: how each instrument works, what can go wrong with it, and the publication status of every document and every support channel. Where a fact has not been supplied by the firm, this site says so in the place the fact belongs, rather than filling the space with something that reads well.

What is withheld

Testimonials, client numbers, assets under management, awards, years in business, win rates, execution figures and third-party logos. None has been published by the firm, so none appears.

What is published instead

The mechanics of each market and the risks attached to it, the 11 documents that will govern an account, and an explicit pending state wherever a fact is still outstanding.

Where to look

Check the position for yourself.

Three pages carry the parts of this that can be verified rather than asserted.

Legal & documents

The 11 documents that will govern an account, each shown with its own publication status rather than as a link to nothing.

Support

How to reach the firm — and, while the channels are unconfirmed, a plain statement that they are not published yet.

How to get started

What opening an account actually involves, step by step, before any money is committed to it.

Enquire About an Account

Trading involves risk of loss. The risk disclosure is not yet published; the standardised risk warning is shown at the foot of every page.
